Hi there!! My name is Shannon, owner of Rose & Co. Studio! I have been a hairstylist for 7 years! I love all things color - I am a Master Colorist, specializing in blonding and lived-in color! CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client cancels within 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. LATE POLICY: If a client runs late, I allow up to 15 minutes past the start time of the appointment for the client to show up. After 15 minutes, the client is considered a no-show and will be charged a 50% no-show fee. Please call or text if you are going to be late. NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show up to a scheduled appointment, a 50% fee of services booked will be charged to the card on file. Additionally, the client will be taken off my books indefinitely. CARD POLICY: A card must be on file for all clients. REFUNDS POLICY: No refunds will be given but minor adjustments can be made within 7 days from the service. Please reach out if adjustments need to be made. I understand emergencies happen & things come up… I will do my best to work with you, but please understand this is not only my passion, but how I make my living.
